Mr. Blond

Ok... so, um... I don't hear any dramatic music or slow motion sequence... what's going on?
Ah yes, it's only a picture after all... but wow! Is this guy absolutely stunning. There oughtta be a law against guys literally resembling superheroic ideals of unattainable perfection... while err... I guess while just emerging from the ocean cool?

Alas, 30 year-old British model Gary T. is in fact the real deal... at least in terms of the male modeling world. The man's for dozens upon dozens of campaigns, modeled for magazine covers (yes Men's Health included), and is currently running an interesting side-gig involving hiring gorgeous models out to work at bachlorette parties mrgreen...
...Oh, and yes in spite of my technically not being into blond guys, I have to admit it really doesn't get much more perfect than Gary.
Truly a stunning specimen of male perfection... 'nuff said cool...

If Tom Cruise and Christian Bale had a son...

Although reserved in the realm of some of our wildest fantasies... If one day (by some miracle of science) actors Tom Cruise and Christian Bale wound up having a kid together... Odds are more likely than not, he'd wind up looking somewhat similar to this gorgeous up and coming actor.
Miles Fisher (4)
The resemblance this man bears between both A list actors is striking indeed mrgreen... So much so a spoof role 26 year-old actor Miles Fisher played last year caricaturing Tom Cruise eventually wound up getting a life of its own and becoming a viral internet hit.

Fast-forward by about a year, and now it's Christian Bale's turn... with a little help from a cover of the classic Talking Heads hit This Must Be the Place...
Let's just say if they ever make a remake of American Psycho featuring Miles, count me in on opening day... The first few scenes of this video alone are enough for admission price mrgreen... (ahem, no comment on the threesome cool)...Miles Fisher (14)But yeah, all in all this Bale/Cruise fused look-a-like apparently has some amazing talent of his own. Honestly I'm actually surprised he hasn't been in more movies. His new video's shot his popularity up on IMDb about 400% just this week alone though, so perhaps a few doors might be opening up as speak cool.

Beauty and the Beach

So it finally hit me I was getting out of my car around noon today... and by 'it' I'm talking about accumulated humidity built up over a 3 day rain period closely followed by today's stifling heat...

It finally feels like summer...

Although technically the sights on the beach (and in the park) might've given that away somewhat... but it has been unseasonably mild these last couple of weeks. At least by July's standards...

Anyhow, I've really been missing my seasonal excuse to post my favorite summer photography subjects (I blame time restraints above all else)... But yeah, I can almost swear some of these guys would make impeccable models...

Not least of which is this last stunner here... Is it legal to sag shorts that low on a public beach cool?...

California Beach Bum

A self-described California beach bum/aspiring firefighter decides to try his hand at modeling?... I don't know... I think it could work mrgreen...
Let's see... all-American good looks... model poses almost perfected... oh, and an impeccably gorgeous smile to top it off... yes, I see potential indeed mrgreen....

Introducing 20 year-old southern California native Brian H... a southern California native might I add hailing from one of the most beautiful towns around the area. Brian's proximity to the ocean (as you might imagine) impacted his childhood growing up, consequently resulting in the avid surfer/beach enthusiast that he is today.
And as you can also tell from a lot of these shots, he's more than enough comfortable posing in and around aquatic settings...

So does he manage to pass for a model? Well, I'm guessing either that or some absolutely gorgeous pool accessory. Just Beautiful... although the tint of his eyes almost make him look inhuman...

A model and a dream

Contemplation on one's goals is perhaps the first step towards success mrgreen...
The next step I'd imagine would be execution (otherwise known as follow-through)... Like say were it my goal to eventually land on maybe a Men's Health cover (or other similarly oriented magazine of the fitness persuasion)... How would I go about achieving that goal?

Well for starters looking great sans shirt would be a definite must... And... I'm thinking perhaps complementing said great looks with a few outstanding preliminary modeling shots couldn't really hurt cool.

Especially when you happen to be as photogenically gifted as 28 year-old San Diego fitness enthusiast Matthew J... Oh, and that you also manage to be lucky enough to hook-up with an equally talented sculptor/photographer located right in your backyard...

Can you tell from these shots that photographer Dennis Covey has a flare for the artistic?... Just Beautiful...

So does Matthew have what it takes to land on the cover of Men's Health? Well, he's got the look, the style, the drive and the attitude down... Maybe with a little more luck and time we might eventually find out cool.

Simply Beautiful

I swear this pose has to be a standard by now amongst top photographers, but I really never get tired of it... Especially when the subject produces as much pure scalding heat as this model here...

Just Beautiful... Oh, and if anyone knows the photographer behind this shot, please feel free to throw a couple clues my way mrgreen...

A Man's Worst Nightmare?

And perhaps every woman's dream vegeance?... Well maybe that's an exaggeration, but I'm kind of inclined to think the whole 'pro-life' vs 'pro-choice' movement might be radically altered were this short movie's plotline to ever be become a reality... Nevertheless, hilarious short movie.
...And thankfully a scientific impossibility (...at least I hope so confused)... Just conceptualizing the means by which that baby was ultimately delivered... *shudder*... I believe this film originally aired on Logo (they currently have it listed there), but if you liked this film, I would definitely suggest checking out Daddy's Boy by Tim Hamilton on youtube. I would've posted the latter video as well, but unfortunately the director's disabled the feature sad...
