Beauty East of Scotland

I may not know who he is nor what's his name, but I think I've been smitten by this super handsome Scottish example beauty.

So... Handsome... (reddish beard and all )...

One thing that's sort of been missing for a while from this blog (in the midst of the torrent of models posted these past few months)... is my love of sports photography. Specifically action shots featuring totally gorgeous men at the height of physical perfection...

So I figured I'd post a couple favorite shots in spite of my ignorance as to the names of some of the players featured herein ...

These particular shots of Mr. (let's call him) Handsome Unknown were of course taken in Scotland. I'm not exactly familiar with the league system over there, but from what I gather these soccer players compete in a less prominent Football league... with Mr. Handsome in particular hailing from a team stationed in Edinburgh...

So essentially Mr. Handsome is somewhat of an obscure player playing in a local Scottish division... Nonetheless, I figured he'd be worthy of note... just in terms of superior physical perfection alone...

It's been my understanding soccer players are not typically built like this... (generally it's leg strength and not much else)... so yeah, wow... this guy's the total package. Glistening sweat/gorgeous abs, nice arms, sexy underwear, and... Ok, I think I'll just stop now before I start salivating . As much as I want to technically find this scene hot... The dialogue is well ...

I'll say this much... Anybody who's familiar at all with any of Director David DeCoteau's work should be well aware he's got phenomenal taste... at least in terms of selecting casts. (That's pretty much been a constant so far throughout his extensive history of directorial work ). With regards to the actual films though... Let's just say I haven't bothered watching The Brotherhood (or pretty much any of his films in their entirety)... I do give points for unintentional hilarity though ... Although at this point i'm starting to get the sneaking suspicion that might be the ultimate ulterior motive behind most of David's work...

Like Father, Hot Son...

It's been about a decade and a half since 'Joe Cool' bid his final farewell to the crowds and bright lights in Kansas City... But that hasn't stopped the name Montana from remaining ever synonymous with wide-eyed admiration...

This summer of course for a whole 'nother set of gorgeous reasons...

Or perhaps just one gorgeous blond and beautiful summer beach boardshort-clad reason ...

So hot... These shots of Joe Montana's gorgeous son Nate Montana were taken in Hawaii earlier this summer... but seeing as I've been going with a mini-theme I figured what the hell... A little dynasty hotness couldn't hurt...

Speaking of dynasty though... Apparently come this fall, Nate will be transferring out of Notre Dame to play for a year over at Pasadena City college. Odd... I was under the assumption plans were in the works for him to quarterback at Notre Dame, but I guess added actual on-field experience couldn't hurt.

Clearly the kid's got the genetics for success (I think that's evident enough)... Only time will tell whether he's got the necessary skill to make a name for himself and eventually become a legend in his own right .... Actually scratch that, a couple more hot Hawaiian outings like this and he might just make a name for himself even sooner .

Summer Hunks in Trunks

So August is apparently almost over... (*looks at the calendar*)... Yep, just a couple of days away from the start of September now...

How unfortunate, in terms of my convenient excuse to post totally random hot guys (who just so happen to be wandering about out in the sun )... Ah well, I figure I might as well make the most of it...

... And post a couple of favorite hotties while time is still on my side. (*scrolls up for a sec*)... *sigh*, yeah... totally my type.

Honestly though, is it safe to say there's few things hotter than a hot guy scorching up an already hot beach with his ever so hot presence? I can think of a couple things, but overall I'm willing to go out on a limb and answer affirmative on that one.

And in terms of this whole 'hunks in trunks' theme that I love running with... I really think I've developed a fetish over the last year or so... Not good ...

Poll Closed

So another month comes to an end, so another poll closes .

And I must say, I am somewhat mildly surprised at some of the results. Clearly the prospect of a fun/humorous partner wasn't going to be topped (who wouldn't want that )... But the whole masculine alpha male types over smart/spontaneous guys... maybe there's some underlying sentiment here that I've been missing... I find intelligence sexy, so that's just me... Perhaps a super smart/ultra masculine male would be the ultimate concensus ideal type here?... Anyhow I have a feeling the next poll should be interesting ...

Two heads are better than one

Two 15.4" screens, portable and at the ready to be deployed pretty much anywhere you can take a laptop? Absolutely brilliant... It's almost a wonder how up to this point no one's taken a crack at what seems to be the next logical evolutionary step in portable notebooks for media professionals.

Technically Lenovo holds the distinction of being the first manufacturer to attempt a dual-screen laptop. Their efforts resulted in an extra 10-inch screen that hangs out (oddly) to the side. Fortunately, this time around Alaska's Gscreen Spacebook is looking to push the entire concept further... with an actual 15.4" matching screen set... designed of course primarily for photographers, video editors, graphics designers (and other self-identified tech nutcases )...

Nonetheless, the system looks awesome. There aren't a lot of details out yet, seeing as marketing hasn't officially started on this product. But the release projection places it as coming out prior to Christmas 2009... (so we'll be hearing all about this one come fall). Working through the heat

How anybody manages to take it upon themselves to go out on a gorgeous day and do tons of paperwork is beyond me ... But... this does appear to be a college campus so I'll cut this guy some slack ...

I guess if you've gotta absolutely get the work done on a gorgeous day, might as well tan a little while you're at it ...
