The clip originates from a BBC Television series named 'The State Within'. I may check it out eventually... apparently though, this kiss takes place early on in the series, and there's not much more else like it afterwards. You may recognize the British actor in this clip. It's Jason Isaacs who also plays the role of Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films.
