Jaw-dropping High Dynamic Range Photography

Although I may be a lover of beautiful men, that's only half of the equation. I'm also an avid lover of gorgeous digital photography... And as you may have already noticed, we're living in a time later historians might recall as the infancy of this art form. The digital photography age is in full swing, and as we can see from this phenomenal rendering of a Sky Bar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it's definitely a sight to behold.

Truly a work of art... this entire set of photographs were taken and vividly enhanced by a man who just might be the greatest High Dynamic Range photographer currently walking the face of this earth. His name is Trey Ratcliff, and he's the chief executive of a software developing company out of Austin Texas who also manages a wildly popular photoblog on his offtime named Stuck in Customs.

Trey travels all over the globe looking for adventure, and usually ends up coming away with some of the most beautiful pictures to show for it. Complementing his blog, Trey also boasts one of the most popular photostreams on the flickr website (which really has to be seen to be believed).

Simply put, after viewing many of Trey's images, I've come to the conclusion that I really need to travel more. Some of the places he's photographed are beyond words. I would almost go as far as to say, it was beyond my realm of conception that gorgeous places like the hidden grotto on the top left even existed.

...And these final shots of a hill overlooking Hong Kong (above) and nightime in Shanghai (below) are absolutely fantastic. If there was a country that I would love to visit in Asia (aside from the obvious Japan) it would have to be mainland China.
I highly recommend checking out more of Trey's work from his travels across the world... Some of the work this guy does truly lifts the digital photography bar to stratospheric heights confused...
