And by 'back' I'm specifically referring to back to being the great show I grew to know and love during the first season. Season 3 of the hit NBC show Heroes aired its third episode last week, and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the massive improvement in this season's storyline.
For those of you not familiar with this series and/or those who've been living under large mass of stone for the last few years, Heroes is a television series centered around a group of characters imbued with superhuman powers, and follows their ever-present urgent quests to save the world from one dire calamity or another....
Episode 3 of season 3 of course, featured the resident hottie/lead character, Peter Petrelli... shirtless once again. This time he's been captured by a future evil Claire, who apparently gets the brilliant idea that torture with a thousand scalpel cuts (or 200,000 to be exact) is the best way to break Peter... (Note: Video contains spoilers).Apparently Peter's healing abilities seems to have skipped Claire's mind with this one ... nevertheless, Heroes is back to being my favorite show on TV... until of course Battlestar Galactica returns next year for it's series finale.
