His eyes stare off into the distance revealing a longing, perhaps even a sadness over a long lost love? ...Or... perhaps just revealing a talent for taking great shots ... either way he's Just Beautiful in my book .

Introducing 34 year-old Nicholas C... a potential mystery that's thankfully been solved prior to me even finishing this this post. Thanks of course to photographer Fred Goudon for positively identifing him ...

Nicholas C as you might've guessed is of French origin. He's been modeling for several years now and has worked with Fred to produce quite a fantastic photoshoot (of which you can check out a fantastic selection over at his blog). Nicholas also made the move from France to California not too long ago so let's cross our fingers we'll be seeing more of him in the future.

Just relaxin': Take #2

So I posted a couple days or so ago about a chair I thought 'looked' somewhat more comfortable than the current seat I'm using. Apparently a reader named Back Spasms made clear I was in the wrong, and that in reality the seat I so admired was in fact uncomfortable. My apologies ...I figure we might as well do a second take ...

So um, how about that couch there. Wat with the gorgeous plaid stripes, and uh... comfortable cushions? I would *so* love a couch like that right about now. I could totally see myself cozying in and taking a nap for a couple of hours on it. Oh and that hat ornament they added is a great touch. Hopefully if I order one of these they include the stand that comes with it free of charge ...

Poll End

Wow... Could this have been any more inconclusive? Although I realize hair color is an afterthought for most people (myself included more often than not), I do have my subconscious biases. I was interested in seeing whether or not I was in the minority regarding this bias... particularly my tendency to find dark-haired men attractive (mostly at the expense of blond haired guys). Apparently it turns out I'm not in the minority... but there's no exact clear majority either ....

As for the second poll, I tried my best to make a case for the models... but to no avail. Candid shots continue to be the hands down favorites... I'm still trying to wrap my head around that one, but technically I can see where most people are coming from. There are far more candid shots out there than model pics, so the results of this particular poll are overall quite positive.

Now for a new poll... this should be interesting...

There's something to be said about a guy getting out of the shower... wearing nothing but a wet towel...

Uh... that goes double if you're incredibly sexy, and you're only wearing a tiny pink one barely hanging on ...

Models vs Regular Guys

It's always a toss up for me... Are men are hotter all 'modeled-up'... as I like to call it; makeup, shaving, airbrushing, etc... or...

... better looking in say, the all-natural state....
