Summer 2010 Look-Back: Broadway Bares It All

Suffice to say, when Broadway actors cut loose... Well, let's just say they really cut loose cool...

Zero inhibitions, basically living in the moment, essentially what you'd imagine it takes to act on stage in front of dozens to hundreds of people day in and day out...

Take all that energy from some of the hottest Broadway actors currently on the scene... and... get - them - to - strip!... for a noble charity cause of course cool.

Either I must be having one of those lucid-type dream scenarios (you know, the kind where sexiness ensues till alarm goes off cool...)... Or... I might just perhaps maybe be taking a journey back in the recent past to recap one of summer 2010's hottest events... (courtesy of event photographer Gary Cooper). Something tells me I'm leaning towards the latter here mrgreen...

...With of course said event being the 20th iteration of the annual summer Broadway Bares fundraiser over in NYC. (For those of you not familiar, long-story short, Broadway Bares is an early 90s broadway/burlesque Jerry Mitchell concoction still going strong today... and ultimately supplementing fundraising for the Broadway Cares effort to fight AIDS)...

This year's them of course was Strip-o-poly cool... And with headlining models/dancers like the stunning Kyle DesChamps (in yellow up above), and Charlie Williams playing the bellhop below... Well, let's just say a few bells might've been rung this year, and then some mrgreen...
*If* *Only* they could've kept the camera on Charlie the entire time sad...
Ah well, I guess these solo shots of the hottest bellhop in NY might suffice cool. Anyhow, major, major thanks again to photographer Gary for being gracious enough to provide these shots. You can check out more of Gary's work over at his photography page...

Some of the hottest actors naked + over $1,000,000 raised?... All in all I'd say this year was a smashing success cool... (*marks calendar for next year*)
